Yoga Teacher Development Sessions are for serious yoga practitioners exploring the possibility of teaching and those who are currently teaching and interested in refining skills, deepening knowledge, and being a part of a teaching community.
Areas of focus and exploration include asana, anatomy, philosophy, teaching skills, peer teaching, feedback, and more.
For those pursuing the Iyengar certification path, we offer mentorship and support.

Yoga for Beginners 4 Session Series

This introductory 4-session Yoga Series is specifically designed for beginners. Students will receive an overview of the practice, specific foundational instructions, feedback, and opportunities for questions. This is an encouraging way to begin your yoga practice and open the door to a wide range of benefits.
In addition to the common physical benefits, including increased muscle strength, flexibility, improved balance, pain relief, increased energy, and better sleep, students often notice that they feel more relaxed and content in life, have better focus, and experience a greater sense of overall well-being after the yoga classes. Balance Bracelets: Ayurvedic Bracelets to Refresh, Rebalance, and Reconnect to yourself and your soul purpose
Map out how stress and burnout show up in your body, mind, emotions, and life, and then craft a bracelet as a wearable reminder to support the things that will help you come into and stay in balance.

Plant Your Purpose: Propagated plants to help you realign and nurture your purpose
Identify what is blocking your Aligned Path and then create a propagated plant to take home as a living reminder to nurture balance, restore energy, and grow into your aligned purpose.
